The KG Wing at Shamrock is a place for joyful learning, where we lay the foundation blocks for a child’s education in a happy, healthy, caring and vibrant environment. We aim at providing opportunities to the children to grow and develop both socially and emotionally under the able guidance of talented and empathetic teachers. The tiny tots are trained to be exceptional individuals with the right mix of values and leadership qualities. Our ultimate goal is to groom them into confident independent and happy children as they step into the Primary level. 

COMPUTER LAB

The computer labs at Shamrock Christian School have been equipped with the latest systems and have been upgraded to recent version of technology. Students enjoy coming to the lab and have hands on experience. All the computers have High-Speed Internet facility. A projector equipped lab, helps the students to learn more effectively. Students at Shamrock get access to the extensive world of information.

SCIENCE LAB

The school has well equipped laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology, where in the students are encouraged to learn through experiments and understand various concepts beyond their books away from the conventional class room teaching. Every year there labs are furnished with the latest instruments, specimens, charts etc. Science lab equipments allow students to interact directly with the data gathered. They get a first hand learning experience by performing various experiments on their own.
Science labs are very helpful, as there are several scientific theories and concepts that are difficult to explain directly from the books.
Children develop interest in scientific research in science labs. Their reasoning skills are honed and they start thinking deeply on those theories and concepts.

SPORTS AND GAMES

Sports is the human life in Shamrock Christian School we lay emphasis on physical education and fitness, apart from learning the intricacies of various games, sports and physical education. With sports the students develop stamina and endurance that is essential to be able to get away from a sedentary way of life and develop the spirit of sportsmanship. The school is equipped with Table Tennis, Chess and Carrom facilities. A Cricket pitch and covered nets. Football, Volley ball, Badminton, Taekwondo, Yoga and Karate training is also given by expert trainers. We believe that it is through sports that a young, impressionable child can learn values like discipline and self-confidence.

OTHER FACILITIES

LANGUAGE LAB

Shamrock has a well equipped full fledged English language lab. English being the most essential media for Communication and the student at Shamrock learn to harness this communication skill with the most advanced technology. The well equipped lab trains the students to acquire a good command of the language of the language for communication purposes with clarity and accuracy being vital for effective and efficient communication.

MULTIMEDIA HALL

A fully air conditioned multimedia hall with adequate sitting capacity is available for multimedia presentation as exhibition, Inter house School competitions, Seminars for teachers and students.

DANCE & MUSIC ROOM

Dance Room- The dance room is a spacious room with wooden flooring. The walls are mirrored and have good music system with surround features and an expert teacher who teaches all kinds of dance to the students.
Music Room- “Music learning supports all learning.”
Students from Class I onwards learn classical and light music through out the year in addition to preparing for music competitions, special assemblies and various other school functions. At Shamrock, both instrumental and vocal training is given to the children music not only teachers them discipline, but also give wings to their creative beat.

SCHOOL TRANSPORT

The need for safe passage of each child to school and back home is of paramount importance to us. To ensure safe travel, the school has a fleet of school buses designed as per standards and has trained drivers. For supervision and monitoring a transport attendant is on board throughout the journey. Besides ensuring the implementation of the safety norms, all staff of the bus is well trained in first-aid and emergency management. A lady attendant accompanies the junior most students in the vehicle for their proper care. The buses are equipped with a vehicle tracking system and cameras for the security of students.
