ADMISSION PROCESS

» AGE TEST : Minimum age limit for admission to Nursery is 3 years as on 1st April and LKG 4 years as on 1st April.
» ENTRANCE TEST :Pupil seeking admission for higher classes will have to take an entrance test and the pupil will be admitted into the class for which he/she is found fit.
» NOTE : Shamrock introduce toddlers class Pre-Nursery age below 3 years.

WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

• » Students can be withdrawn or removed from the school as under:
  » By giving one Calendar month’s notice in writing. In the absence of such notice one month’s fee will be charged. In case a student applies for Transfer Certificate in the month of May, they have to pay the school fee for the month of May and June.
  » The school authorities can struck off the name of the student on the following grounds:
  » Constant weaker in studies.
  » Irregularity in attendance.
  » Behavior problem.
  »Over-age in any class.
  » Moral breach considered serious by the Principal.
  »The fee for the whole year will be charged if the application of withdrawal in submitted in the month of September.
